At OptionsStudio we believe in quality. This is why we are pleased to present to you the most fully equipped STOTT PILATES^tm Studio in Asia.  We recognized the gap in the market and the frustration felt by enthusiasts to have a centre where safe and effective exercise and mind-body well-being comes first.  Where equipment is of the highest quality to provide a safe and effective workout to all, and yet strong enough to challenge even the most seasoned enthusiasts and athletes.

Our instructors are sourced worldwide from Asia as well as Europe and Canada because we feel it is important to go to great lengths to have the best and nicest teachers, because our clients deserve nothing but the best instructors and the best equipment. All our instructors are trained through internationally recognized STOTT PILATES^tm certification programs, one of the most rigorous pilates certifications around, where movement is grounded in the modern knowledge of anatomy and how the body works, to make sure all workouts are effective and safe. This is the STOTT^tm difference.

Our equipment is the favourite of experienced teachers worldwide, and even the class sizes are small with maximum of five or six in each SPX^tm Reformer class, and twelve in the mat classes.  Our mat classes are unique in Singapore in terms of the variety of classes available at affordable prices.

Where are you located?

We now have 3 locations - just off Orchard Road at Singapore Shopping Centre on Clemenceau Avenue (next door to Park Mall and opposite Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station), in the American Club (members only) and at Bukit Timah (upstairs from the BMW Showroom in the Sime Darby Centre.

Is there parking?

There is plenty of parking in Park Mall.  Parking at Park Mall is $2 for the first hour and $1 thereafter. Singapore Shopping Centre itself has limited parking of around 40 bays. Early morning there is free onstreet parking downstairs from the studio. Is is also free after 5pm but spaces are hard to find.

Since we are alongside Orchard Road just inside the ERP zone there are ERP charges at certain times of the day. Off-peak the charge is zero to 50cents. This goes up to $2.50 during peak.

At the Sime Darby Centre there is plenty of parking.  The parking charge is $1.20 per hour

Other transport

There is a convenient taxi stand in front of Park Mall, the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station opposite, and buses.  Dunearn Road is servided by plenty of buses.
